Case Management for the Financial Services Union Denmark
The Financial Services Union Denmark has chosen Exformatics ECM for case management in servicing more than 55.000 members from the financial sector in Denmark.
The union has put emphasis on a standardised solution with no special customisations for the organisation's case and document management. The Exformatics solution will integrate to a number of other business applications, e.g. scan solution, intranet, extranet etc.
The new Case management solution will be the foundation of the service towards the members, ensure control and overview with cases, reduce the need for resources in case management as well as support the workflow of the union.
