Watch the DCR graph explained

See how Thomas Hildebrandt of IT University of Copenhagen explains the DCR graph - the revolutionary tool for process management.

The DCR graph has been developed in a cooperation between the ITU and Exformatics. Unlike traditional workflow modelling, the DCR graph will alter, as the workflow shifts direction. In this video the DCR graph is compared to a route outlined by your car's GPS - a route, that is also able to alter, if you have to deviate from the planned route for a stop or a detour.
